Easy Crockpot Salsa Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 lbs of boneless chicken breasts
- 1 jar of salsa (I used mild chunky salsa)
Instructions
- Place boneless chicken breasts and salsa in crockpot for 2 hours on high or 4 hours on low. Chicken will be tender and ready to shred when finished.
- You can then make it on tortillas with onions, peppers, shredded cheese, and lettuce. Or whatever combo you would like.
