I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Bomb Pop. I received product samples, a party kit, and a promotional item as a thank you for participating. As always, all opinions are my own.
This past weekend was one of the busiest of the summer for me. I am used to the week days being more hectic since we have doctors appts, family game night, Tuesdays friends game night/cookout, and the normal crazy work week. My niece's birthday was this past weekend and we had to get everything done for that and I had to visit several family members throughout the weekend spread over the state. I was so happy when I got to sit down and relax at my nieces party. She decided that she wanted her party at the park so we all went out to the park near my moms house and got a pavilion.
Bomb Pop is an official sponsor of Little League® Baseball and Softball and they were awesome enough to send us this really cool baseball game. All the kids really loved playing with it. They also sent us all four kinds of Bomb Pops
The Original Bomb Pop has flavors of Cherry, Lime and Blue Raspberry. You can also enjoy your favorite Hawaiian Punch flavors of Fruit Juicy Red®,
Orange Ocean® and Green Berry Rush® in the NEW Hawaiian Punch box. My kid's favorite was the Sour Wower though which comes in flavors of Grape,
Green Apple and Blue Raspberry. You can even enjoy the Sugar Free Bomb Pops in all the original flavors. Bomb Pop flavors are available at retailers nationwide for a suggested retail price of $2.99 for a box of 12 pops.
I had a cooler with all four types mixed in so it would be a mystery what kind the kids got. I loved to watch their faces when they opened it and it turned out to be a Sour Wower. They acted hilarious and would whoop and tell all the other kids they got the best kind. Everyone liked the other kinds as well though and with a party of 11 kids and 8 adults we ate the entire cooler of 48 Bomb Pops plus pizza and cup cakes.
Even the little babies liked the baseball game. They played it the RIGHT way. They just walked up to it and dropped the balls in. It was so funny watching them. They both tried to get all the Bomb Pop baseballs we were sent away from one another so that they could drop in each hole. I know this game is going to be a family favorite for days that we play outside together. I plan on bringing it with us on our vacation so that they kids can have something to play in the rental house.
Do you like Bomb Pops? Have you tried the new flavors yet? My favorite is always going to be the Original Bomb Pop like I always get from the Ice Cream Man when he comes down our street. Its a great memory for me and I am glad I can share that with my kids.
