The Winter 2013 Blogathon is this weekend, January 25-28! Its fun and free! The Blogathon starts at 8:00am EST today and ends at 8:00am EST on Monday!  I loved doing this last last summer and I really felt like I got a ton done that I would not have done normally. Rocking the 80′s with #Brandcation

On our last night at Brandcation, we got the chance to have fun rocking the 80's with our sponsor Flashing Blinky Lights. They provided us with the means to have a super awesome 80's party. We had lots of snacks like chips, several kinds of dips, candy from the 80's and fun party favors.  We also had pizza from Flatbread Pizza. I tried to do rainbow eyeshadow. I think I did pretty well. Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede Dinner Show #Brandcation

I saw a huge sign heading down the strip when I was going to my cabin for Brandcation.  It was for Dixie Stampede. I got really excited becuase I knew that was on our list of things to do. It looked like an awesome dinner show!  I checked them out on their Facebook page and on their Twitter and I knew I was in for a treat! They escorted us in and everyone was wearing period clothes. Hollywood Wax Museum Pigeon Forge, TN #Brandcation

Did you know that you can visit a whole slew of stars in Pigeon Forge?  Neither did I until I was set to go on my Brandcation trip and found out about the Hollywood Wax Museum Pigeon Forge TN.  First of all, I was kind of scared because I have seen both versions of House of Wax and neither ends well.  Then I was excited to see if they had Angelina Jolie and I was so going to take a picture of plain Jane me standing next to total hotness. My First Visit to the Titanic Museum Pigeon Forge TN

As a child, I always loved reading those stories about the brother and sister who traveled through time to fix things and solve mysteries. That is until I read the one that they went on the Titanic. They had to figure out what they needed to fix before the ship sank and they died. At the end of the book I think they both realized that they couldn't save anyone, they had barely been able to save themselves.  It so sad to me as a child because I knew that everyone they talked to, everyone who helped them even though they were strange kids from the future, they all died.
