thule-urban-glide-2

Boy, strollers have come a LONG way since I was pushing my oldest around in a clumsy four-wheeled contraption. Swiss designer Thule has come up with the *perfect* stroller- the ultimate all-in-one stroller that can go effortlessly from paved sidewalk to dirt path and even to hiking trail. I was seriously impressed with his much effort has been put into the design and functionality of this stroller, as well as making it lightweight and very nice to look at. So we decided to try the Thule Urban Glide out at our local park first. Most of the track is … [Read more...]

play-like-hasbro-1

Disclaimer: I was provided products to review as a #PlayLikeHasbro Mom. As always, all opinions are my own. Hasbro makes some really fun toys and games for all different age levels- and I got the chance to try out a pretty wide range, for my baby Moriah, my preschooler Elijah, and my big boy Matthew. I was curious to see if I could actually get toys to engage and interest all three of my kids with such a wide age difference. I selected a toy for each child from a list that Hasbro provided me, and I actually think I did really well with my … [Read more...]

I was given the opportunity to try out the Perfect Bar- it's a new protein bar that is so fresh it has to be refrigerated! They sent one of every flavor- Fruit and Nut, Cranberry Crunch, Almond Coconut (Vegan!!!), Almond Butter (both a regular size and a 100 calorie mini bar), Peanut Butter (both a regular size and a 100 calorie mini bar), … [Read more...]

Into the Woods Movie Review

Into-the-woods

I was sent a copy of Into the Woods to review. As always, all opinions are my own. If you have never seen Into the Woods and I told you it was about the woods outside a small town and how small the world really is, would you believe me? The movie is basically a series of happenstance and fairy tale characters (and stories) keep colliding to make a beautiful movie. I was fortunate enough to get to see this movie while three children cried about everything in the world the first time (notice the sarcasm) so I missed a lot. Luckily I was sent the … [Read more...]

Hasbro’s Fall Toy Party

There are few things my kids love more than a party, and one of those is a party all about toys. Hasbro was kind enough to send me a select group of toys to try out and because I decided the most fun I could have was a party with some of my friend's and their kids. The toys were a huge hit as soon as I pulled them out. I'm surprised I got any pictures because they didn't want to slow down playing long enough to let me even point a camera at them. My personal favorite was Rocket Racoon. You can't beat Guardians of the Galaxy and Rocket is just … [Read more...]
